Terms of Use
These terms cover this website, the waitlist and the Syphonr product. By using any of them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Syphonr for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.
Early access
Syphonr is pre-release. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invite. Features may change, pause or stop while we build.
Your account
Keep your login details private and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
Your data stays yours
You keep all rights to the files and databases you bring. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data or use it to train models.
You confirm you have the right to upload or connect the data you use with Syphonr.
Answers need checking
Syphonr writes and runs queries from plain-English questions. Answers can be wrong or incomplete, especially when a question is ambiguous. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law with Syphonr, upload data you have no right to use, try to access other workspaces, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or resell it without our written agreement.
Credits and payment
Usage is billed in credits. Prices and plan limits are shown before you buy. Unless the law says otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.
Ending your use
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close it if you break these terms. After closing we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit or data. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will email account holders before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use Syphonr after that means you accept them.
